The event began with a prayer involving all the attendees, as a form of gratitude and hope that every step FMIPA takes in the future will be blessed.

This was followed by the cutting of a tumpeng (a traditional Indonesian cone-shaped rice dish) as a symbol of celebration and gratitude for this success. The cutting of the tumpeng was represented by the Pakuan Siliwangi Foundation and the rectorate along with the Dean of FMIPA.

As a closing, the participants were invited to directly visit the newly upgraded facilities. The locations visited included the Computer Science Laboratory, the Workshop Laboratory, and the Greenhouse, all of which are equipped with modern facilities to support research and learning.
